Post will follow if you're interested. | -> Let's Go Ingredients for one serving: > 70 g of oat (depending on the more or less hunger) > honey or dates soaked in water and mashed or stevia if you like the taste > Orange juice or coconut milk or water > Ground hazelnuts > Fresh seasonal fruit in addition > Mixer (for me: Thermomix) or you can buy already crushed > bowl instructions: Oats and grind them in a bowl, with the sweetener of your choice (tip: Honey's is very creamy) and stir the chosen liquid to a creamy mass. You can also mix the liquids with each other, eg mainly water but still a shot coconut milk tuned for the extra flavor kick. Cut fruit into bite-sized pieces. Give ground nuts and fresh fruit to it and stir everything together. Beautifully cause & enjoy :) Variations: You do not like hazelnuts? No problem, use almonds, walnuts, .. or linseed, then you should but the amount of liquid a little increase and I would get a little Cinnamon or vanilla to give, as the nougat flavor absent. You can also additionally cocoa nibs, coconut flakes, dried fruits, .. add. Your imagination knows no limits;) You want to keep the recipe vegan? Then the honey replace with agave syrup. Even with the liquid I leave you free to choose. At the calorie's poorest with water, however, is a milk or a juice of your choice additionally taste. Last time I used a pineapple flavoured protein powder to create a pina colada flavoured yoghurt. But feel free to use any powder you like! Recipe from my Mum. You just need three simple ingredients. No special and expensive powders. Ingredients for a single serving: *1 eggwhite *250 g frozen strawberries *any sweetener you like Directions: Put strawberries in your blender and blend until you get a smooth consistency. Add eggwhite (whisked stiff) & sweetener of your choice. That's it. Enjoy! Variations: Feel free to use any other fruit as well. You could also put some nuts, cacao whatsoever into the mixture. I've used honey to sweeten, if you wantto keep it low in calories feel free to substitute with stevia. If you use sweet fruits as bananas, mango, dates,.. you could skip the sweetener.
