Recipe from my Mum. You just need three simple ingredients. No special and expensive powders. Ingredients for a single serving: *1 eggwhite *250 g frozen strawberries *any sweetener you like Directions: Put strawberries in your blender and blend until you get a smooth consistency. Add eggwhite (whisked stiff) & sweetener of your choice. That's it. Enjoy! Variations: Feel free to use any other fruit as well. You could also put some nuts, cacao whatsoever into the mixture. I've used honey to sweeten, if you wantto keep it low in calories feel free to substitute with stevia. If you use sweet fruits as bananas, mango, dates,.. you could skip the sweetener. I'm already looking forward to your own creation :)) Please take a picture with #enjoyliferecipe + tag me if you try :) Nutrition facts per serving: 60 kcal 4,7 g Protein 7,9 g Carbs 0 g Fat Ideal as little desert or snack on hot summer days or even in winter time with some christmas spices (cinnamon, nutmeg,..). |
