Ever dreamed of a vegan protein low carb Piña Colada Yoghurt ? And alcoholfree of course ;) There you have it! The best pictures will be linked next to this post :) | You'll need for a big bowl: > Water (depends on the consistency you prefer ~less for flan like Yoghurt or more for a cremier runnier texture) > 400-500 ml coconut milk (= 1 can --> I use full fat) > 10 g Proteinpowder of your choice (this is for flavour) > 2 Tsp Agar Agar > Kanne Bread Drink (gives this sour joghurt flavour + a lot of prebiotics) > 2 Tsp Inulin (for sweetness, cremier texture and extra fiber) Optional: > Toppings: desiccated coconut, chocolate sprinkles, .. instructions: Add water and agar agar into a bowl, stir well and bring to boil, cook for up to 5min and add 1/4 of your coconut milk. In another bowl (the one you will store in the fridge later on) add your bread drink, Inulin and your protein powder. Stir and transfer rest of the coconut milk and your hot milk into your bowl. Stir well and let sit for a few hours till it beginns to thicken because it cools down. Keep in the fridge,the longer you wait till you it eat the thicker and more sour it gets. |

Last time I used a pineapple flavoured protein powder to create a pina colada flavoured yoghurt. But feel free to use any powder you like! Could also add some vanilla powder or cinnamon, chocolate chunks,raisons,... Get creative! :)
