Ingredients:
> 500 g beef (minced)
> 1 spring onion
> 1 EL mustard
> 2 Eggs
>Salt, Pepper, seasonings to taste
Directions:
Cut Spring onions finely.
Mix with beef and egg mix, mustard. Add seasononings to taste. Add oil to the pan and brown well on each side.
Possible side dishes: Potatos, various salads
