The best pictures will be linked next to this post :) Ingredients for 2 servings or 1 small breakfast: > 2 ripe bananas > 400-500 ml coconut milk > Cocoa powder to taste > Toppings: desiccated coconut, chocolate sprinkles, .. instructions: Give bananas in the blender and puree. Use ripe bananas for a sweeter and creamier drink. Stir in cocoa powder, possibly add a little water. So it dissolves better. Do not worry with water the drink is still nice and creamy, but I prefer to prepare without. Last, you put in your coconut milk. I take a can of full fat coconut milk, depending on consistency you can use more. Fill into a large glas and top with your favorite toppings as you like. Variations: Before you give the coconut milk, you can still use other spices. Vanilla and cinnamon fit perfectly. If you'd rather take another fruit instead of bananas, make sure that it is sweet enough, or even add a sweetener of your choice. To better emphasize the bitter chocolate flavor, I recommend to give you a small cup of freshly brewed espresso to it.
